The Wooden Spoon - Winterport

This restaurant is clean, uncluttered and inviting. This is a place you can take a friend and never be concerned that they would find anything to fault.

We had a delicious meal and was very impressed by the service and how polite the entire staff was. in any case:

The food was excellent, the service could have been better. I am assuming it was a young person just starting out, so hopefully she will get better. Homemade sausage was very good and eggs were done right. Gluten free toast was burnt, fresh fruit was delicious. When it came time to pay our bill, we had to tell the waitress what we had, instead, she should have had that informatiom. I hope these problems get straightened out, otherwise it was a good place .

Food was good overall. Very loud . Extremely slow and poor service to the point not worth it to go back

Our dinner this evening was amazing, and we finished it off with their homemade cranberry apple crisp. It was simply perfect!
