Heritage Kebab House - Wolverhampton

I ordered chicken and chips but was disappointed to find that the chips were oven chips and there were very few in the box. The chicken was slimy and unappetizing. I wish I could show you a picture here. Overall, this was the worst chip shop experience I've ever had.

I would advise anyone to not use this kwebab shop. I paid for a pizza which came to then gave him a note. He then told me he had no change and that he would give me the change when my pizza was ready. When I asked for the change, he tried to tell me I had given him a note so he owed me a But funnily enough when I asked for a he was quite happy to hand it over. Asked for the manager several times who apparently was on their way but never turned up. He quite blantantly hid my in the till because he swapped the money round in the till. I never got a free pizza which was part of the deal, I wouldn't have got my Diet Coke if I hadn't of reminded him. He then hid my friends food when he'd paid for it denied he'd ordered it, then pulled it from under the counter minute later. It has happened to some of my friends before, and it has to stop, blatantly stealing people's money which is disgusting!

I would strongly advise against using this restaurant. I ordered a pizza and paid with a bill, but the cashier claimed to have no change and said he would give it to me when my pizza was ready. When I asked for the change later, he tried to say I had given him exact change. After insisting, he finally gave me the correct change. He kept mentioning the manager, who never appeared. He also tried to cheat me by not returning the correct change on time. I didn't receive the free pizza promised, and I only got my soda after reminding him. He also ignored my friend's order and delayed serving it before rushing to bring it out. This has happened to others, and this kind of dishonesty needs to stop.

I tried the chicken and chips at this restaurant and was extremely disappointed. The chips were soggy and tasted terrible, and the chicken was covered in a slimy and disgusting coating. It was overall a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
