Quick, of course. Really full of sandwich #7, this time I ate it as a sandwich, but most times I eat only the insides. Great and filling.
Love under. So fast and fresh. A little expensive. But good people.
Was ok not like ordered 3 subs first one was correct on size and add ons second came wrong was supposed to be a 16 uncut with add ons and extras only came as only 8 asked and the lady she asked me for my receipt and she charged me for another sub a additional $6.67 whole new additional 8 sub she forgot to charge for the 16 sub that was supposed to be whole uncut now I have a person that it was ordered from whining because they are made different second missing cucumbers,onions and pickles 3rd sub was easy just a slim
Previously (before quarantine) I placed an order at this location and received my order an hour and 40 minutes later. After calling three times on the status each update was that they would have it to us as quickly as they could. Never once offered a refund or points to get a free sandwich- nothing to make their mistake better. I?ve quit ordering delivery and have been doing pick up, which has been fine. Today however (during quarantine/covid), our family decided to place an order for delivery because we had a promo code. Within the app I never found where to place the promo code, but proceeded with the order because we were hungry. Our delivery was made within a normal amount of time with this order, however the drink was forgotten. The delivery guy had an ?oh well? attitude about it and again didn?t offer anything to correct their mistake. I love their sandwiches, I ordered from Jimmy Johns all the time while I lived in GA. However this location is severely slacking in customer service and proper management. For me, I?ll be spending my money elsewhere when a sub craving hits. Disappointed is an understatement.
