Mr. Sub used to be the main franchise for submarine sandwiches in Canada, until American chains like Subway came along. Now, they have competition from various quick service brands, as well as small town and countryside markets that have always offered sandwiches. The service at this location is excellent, but the prices are too high and the sandwich quality is lacking. Mr. Sub is struggling to keep up and compete. It seems like it's time to abandon ship.
I waited for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I was then pushed back when a Skip the Dishes delivery person walked in, and the employee started working on 3 new orders for them. The customer service was terrible, so I ended up leaving. This isn't the first time I've had to walk out due to this type of behavior. I suggest avoiding this place. The customer service is terrible.
Very fresh cold cuts and bread. They are generous with the toppings. I would recommend this Mr Sub over many of the other ones with Vaughan, very good eats and clean as well.

The restaurant is still fantastic, particularly the BLT, Turkey-Bacon, and Bacon Combo subs. The classic shredded lettuce and straightforward yet attentive Hellenic service further enhance the dining experience.
