I liked how they have decorated it for halloween! if we find ourselves in this neighborship we will be back
It found a great thing on groupon for eight sand, so held on a last Sunday for some brew. for 28 we got a tasting for 2, including one curse for each of us, a full distribution for each of us and a glass for each of us a lot! We were pleased that the brewery was only about 20 minutes away from our place in philly, and it was no bad trip at all. the groupon was only redeemable on thurs and sun, so we went out at 5pm and rejoiced to see a decent number of people, but still much space to spread and enjoy safely. eight sand has a very large outside space, as well as several inside seats both at the bar and at tables in the main area. they had different board games inside to use when they want, and the room outside looks like it has fire pits for the cooler months (although difficult to determine whether they were functional.) we have caught a picnic table outside and had all the small area for us. we saw in advance that eight sand has no food, but is byoesse, so we have brought out dinner. the byo was clutch in view of the large amount of alcohol we received with our groupon, we did not want to be hungry! concerning the actual beer, eight sand had 20 beer on hahn, which made me a little nervous! their sorts included ipas, sour, stouts, seasons and ales, so really something for everyone. our bartender was super and led us through the lists, offers recommended on basis of our interests. I concentrated on mostly fruits sweeter option, go for the sand tide (lemon sour,) coffee porter, buzzkeeper (season with honey,) and despite the summer weather, the somethin' pumpkin (pumpkin beer) the lemon sour was the most seasonal one that I had chosen and I was getting my fiancée concentrated on her ipa, of whom he spoke very much! he was impressed by the number of offers they had. the groupon deal was it definitiw worth for the amount of beer that we got, I'm really glad they didn't kick us out because it took me a little time to finish everything! the hospitality was very welcoming, and the room was great for small and large groups alike, even in a pandemic. we would like to definitely get it back for a trivia night and try some of the others beer, including in-time seasonal. many thanks for a beautiful Sunday funday and a large groupon deal, eight sand!
How did this brewery have been so close to me and this is my first time?! one of my top rated breweries so far and I am so excited that it is not too far from me: much space inside. open and airy. many seating in the indoor and outdoor areas. many parking spaces around. brow many different brews to choose from. when we left, they had 20 beers on their feet! I really enjoyed her ipa mad! the names of the brew were also very entertaining and appreciated something and lets me try more of their boobs. I like sour beer, but I can't drink too much of it. the IPA part makes this even better tho! flights are available that are so awesome so that they can try before committing and make it just fun to try as many as you can get a taste for everyone! there was only one I really thought was weird and took me one to get down. it was the smokes ananas yeast. only aromen were not my cup tee. total. 5 stars for this south jersey brewery! will definitely be a regular place for us! even if they are not close, they take a trip and stop it here and keep it close to the other breweries! Many great places to try!
Eight sand is one of the better breweries in nj, from the 113 I visited. they are definitiw one of the best in the south jersey suburban philly area. I was now there at two separate places, they make everything about good beer of all kinds on an unpredictable wise. their tastes are more refined and subtler. their atmosphere is clean and modern, they have a beautiful bar area that hopefully will be reopened soon after measures are relaxed. they also have seats. it was also table service this time. the personal is all funny and cool. the beer I liked best was also available in doses, so I made sure to grab some. it was a chocolate raspberry stout that I would recommend to everyone. even if they don't like excessive sweet food. this beer tasted dark and natural.
Breweries seem to be a dime a dozen these days. There's nothing like enjoying some suds, hanging with some friends, and enjoying the beautiful weather outside. There are many reasons to come to Eight Sand. There's no point in visiting a brewery if the beer is no good and lucky for you Eight Sand knows how to concoct a delicious craft beer. IPA fans can rejoice around the IPA #2 but I can't say I've ever had a bad IPA from E&S. Depending on your visit, you will also find everything from sours, to stouts to English and German styles. The staff couldn't be friendlier and genuinely care about their customers which is nice to see. On our last visit, we sat in their outdoor biergarten area, were checked up on regularly and didn't feel rushed at all. Great beer, great folks, and great atmosphere. Already looking forward to my next trip back. Cheers!
