This place is too expensive, but the prices are reasonable.
I recently hosted a gathering for 21 persons at this fine establishment. Everything went perfectly at this charming venue. Kerri, the owner-manager and her wonderful staff were efficient, accommodating and cooperative and our special requests were honored without fuss.
I have never been to this restaurant before. When I walked in, I found myself in the lobby and waited for 15 minutes. I even went into the dining area and asked a customer where the staff were. They informed me that only one person was working and they would be out shortly. I looked around the dining room but couldn't find anyone, so we ultimately decided to leave. It was a shame because the decor was really nice. The restaurant is in an old inn that seems to be from Revolutionary War times, which I appreciated. However, we ended up not having a meal.
Good but not great food.Bright red walls and very old house make this a very pretty but a little old fashion restaurant a little bit off I84.Nice variety of main courses. Prices range from mid $20s to mid $30s.The strip steak was very good but a little overcooked. They had twin mini filets (4oz each) with lobster, shrimp, and a scallop. Very good also.Get the salad with dinner for an extra $5. But you only need to get one and share. It was a surprisingly large and good salad.Service was very nice.Worth going to as long as you are not too far away.
