Ordered a tuna sandwich and there was no tuna in it and there was A hair in my sandwich absolutely disgusting
Horrible service. Distracted, no communication, and did not notify us our order was ready minutes after they finished it. We had to ask them to get our finished order after waiting around in front of them.
Placed an online order over the app for delivery. This store does not offer delivery. I wanted to use the BOGO offer which is not available through the delivery services. Well I placed the order was charged for it then a few minutes later got a message that something went wrong with the order. I went down to the store to talk to someone because the phone wasn’t being answered. It went straight to voicemail. The two employees there couldn’t even speak English. Fortunately there was a FedEx driver who translated for me. They had no record of my order yet my housemates debut card was charged for it. I will not be going back to this Subway!!!
I’m delighted with this so clean place. Food is great and attention too. For me it’s important to see everything clean and shiny and this place is that.
