No issuesKid-friendliness: Very friendly staff with smiley faces .... Better and different than Connell Street Woodstock, NB location who seem stressed out and not happy to see you come to the counter to order something ... Completely different atmosphere in the Main Street location in Woodstock where the staff is always friendly and treat you with smiley face and respect and make you feel that they are happy to see you at their counter to order food and coffee.
They never ever make coffee the right way, every morning i stop after working a 12 hour shift and when i get to my car and take a drink there’s no sugar in it.
No matter where we are traveling, we usually stop at Tims for our tea, coffee, and cold drinks. Tims is one place where you always know what you are getting and never disappointed with the quality of the food or drinks. The only problem is the lack of staff at some locations. So this part is for Tim 's: if you do not have permanent, full-time staff, with health benefits, you should be ashamed. If you are bringing in foreign workers so you can pay less, you should be ashamed. Every time we go into Tim 's these days, and we recently traveled from Sask. to NB, the floors are not swept, and the bathrooms, while not dirty, are not cleaned as often, and this was in every location we stopped at. The food prep areas are always clean and organized, which is the most important, but people do notice the rest. The Timbit is in your court, so step up and do right by your employees and your customers.
People that work there are rude , incompetant . On a weekly basis orders are wrong , and your not told they dont have something until after you pay for it . Coffee is never 20 miniyes fresh as i go when they open and this spot isnt busy due to their reputation and im waitong 15 minutes for a coffee 1 hour after they open and honestly most pf the time that coffee tastes as of it sat there in the urn all night . This is your current status at every tims i visit in nb simce your decision to hire all foreign workers . Tims isnt going to last the decade and it looks good on ya . Done with the joke
Whenever I go there, the staff always seems to busy and rude. As a customer I request you guys to train your staff quite well so that they can talk to everyone sweetly. Even the drive through is not worth it whenever I greet them with a hi,hey or hello they always ignore it and the drive through is too slow. They are not happy to see there own community. Thanks
