Tim Hortons - Woodstock

This experience was a delightful surprise. Our food order from Ei Croissant and Coffee was delivered very efficiently. A pleasant bonus was that the croissant was so fresh and delicious that we almost ordered a second one. A very enjoyable meal.

The coffee is good at this Tim Hortons, but I have noticed a lack of customer service lately. This seems to be a common trend in all Tim Hortons locations, but especially here. When I say thank you, I would appreciate a response other than just a stare. Some employees even hand me the debit machine without saying a word. As someone who has worked at a Tim Hortons before, I understand the challenges of the job and make an effort to be friendly. The service here feels rude and I believe the management should consider retraining their younger staff on customer service etiquette. Thank you for your consideration and have a nice day.

During a road trip stopped, my one and three years old took to the men's room. had to clean urine, kot and sham hair from the toilet seat before they use it, and keep the children away while they try to use it. then it had to send a year old with my wife to the bathroom of the women, as there is no change table in the men. we decided not to buy coffee.

We have often gone to this tim horton. we order coffee and roasted bagels. the bagels are always cold (not really roasted) and shattered with butter. after we have gone many times with the same result, we have stopped.

I needed a quick lunch on the go, so I decided to go to Tim Horton's. I ordered a delicious smoothie and, since I can't eat wheat at the moment, I asked for a chicken salad without the bread. They were very accommodating and put the salad in a container, giving me extra chicken to make up for the missing bun.
