Fresh Way Pizza - Worcester

I visit this restaurant every week and always order the large paprika and banana pepper calzone, which is consistently perfect. The staff are fantastic and put in a lot of effort to create delicious food. It's truly amazing!

I have never had a bad experience here, day or night. The staff is quick, polite, and efficient. My go-to orders are the pizza and the chicken with fries, both of which never disappoint. I wish more businesses operated as smoothly as this one.

I have been a customer at Freshway for many years. Their staff is hardworking and dedicated, which is why they do so much business. I have great respect for them.

Amazing food. Delicious pizza. and friendly customer service. I would recommend anyone visiting this place to try their pizza it's out of this world. Definitely will go to this place if I visit to mass again. Thank you for being amazing!

Absolutely atrocious. After waiting for an hour and a half my food came wrong and missing items. I ordered 2 subs, 1 completely missing. I ordered a garlic build-your-own Calpine and received what appears to be someone else's vegetarian calzone (Sorry if you're missing it) the curly fries I ordered were regular which alone wouldn't be a big deal but on top of everything else was frustrating. When I called to ask for my food they were very confused and tried to call the driver and then hung up on me. When I called again they put the managed/cook/owner? on and when I told him I just wanted my money back he started yelling at me telling me if I wanted his money he wanted his food back which um... excuse me there's a pandemic going on? Crazy horrible service the management is absolutely terrible. Save your stomach, save your wallet. Don't ever order Freshway.
