Subway - Wrexham

The staff is very friendly and efficient, although the restaurant can get quite busy at times. Overall, it is one of the best places to eat in Wrexham.

I went to lunch and ordered a 6-inch rotisserie chicken sandwich, but the service was terrible. The girl behind the counter only put a small portion of chicken that covered half of the sandwich. When I asked if that was the correct amount, she confirmed it was, but then I asked her manager (who was nearby) who also confirmed the same without offering any explanation or context. Neither of them smiled or showed any customer service skills. I decided not to eat the sandwich and will not be returning to this Subway location, even though it is close to my office.

Stimulates, rushed not so sure about the quality of food. doubt will go again. but where very busy. it was a lack of personal available. much of what looked like employees ignore the customers

Went for a breakfast roll on the way to work Bought it went to work opened it and it was a big hair in the food took it back and there was no refund just made another one this is disgusting service and we will...not use subway again stay clear of this place
