Mr Kebab - Wycombe

I believe it's a joke! I ordered a chicken kebab and paid nearly £10 which is quite expensive, especially in the current situation. When it arrived, it was the smallest portion I've ever received for almost £10 (well, it was actually £9). I will include a photo to show just how small it was. I think it's insulting to charge £9 for such a small meal. You can buy 6 large chicken breasts and pita bread for £1 in a supermarket. I understand that takeaway food costs more, but this is ridiculous. It feels like they are taking advantage of customers.

I found a drawing pin in my pizza, which wouldn't have been as bad if I had discovered it before biting into it and cutting my mouth. Even worse, no one has responded and there has been no apology. They have ignored this issue, so I have filed a case against them with legal authorities and food hygiene inspectors. I would not recommend eating there at all.

This restaurant used to serve decent kebabs, but the quality has declined in recent visits. The meat in the donor kebabs is dry and tasteless, the sauces are served in cheap plastic containers, and the pitta bread is cardboard-like. It is unclear if there has been a change in ownership or a switch to cheaper suppliers. Hopefully, they can improve and return to their former standard.

Must say after going to mr kebab for years and never having an issue the last two times I’ve been there’s been issues the staff who I’ve spoken to have been so rude and unhelpful and after years of going there I just wouldn’t go again after the way the staff there have spoke to me just because they seem to not be bothered to help you. Just feels like the company’s changed hands tbh..

Everything about this place is awful. The food is tasteless. cold and greasy. The Manager has no customer service skills and is non apologetic for cold and greasy extremely late food. To try and get my order I had to speak to the Manager twice and the driver 3 times to get my food which was horrible as you can imagine being so late. I informed him that I was unable to eat it. His response was I will do nothing. I ordered previously from his chicken again and they delivered lamb that I could not eat. Again I spoke to him and he would do nothing. I would never order from them again their food is greasy and tastless there is a lot better places to order from around the area. The customer service from the Manager is non existent and they need to realise that their food is not good and understand that they will only survive by good food and customer service both of which they have none and having future recommendations.
