Kingshed - Wye

I’ve read some negative comments and can’t help but wonder if they’re referring to a different place or if they genuinely take feedback to heart. If they do, then kudos to the Youngs! They have a prime location, and their atmosphere, service, quality, friendliness, and overall presence really set them apart. We will definitely be back again and again.

I have visited this wonderful pub/restaurant several times, and it has quickly become our favorite! The owners are lovely and genuinely friendly. We always bring our little dog along, and they welcome him to sit with us while we enjoy our meals. They are very dog-friendly and always offer our furry friend a bowl of water, which is such a nice touch! The food is consistently excellent—always fresh, delicious, and locally sourced—making it well worth a visit!

Yesterday, my partner and I had lunch at The King's Head in Wye, Kent, and we had a fantastic experience. We started with a small plate of wild hen, which we shared, and I followed it with their outstanding crab burger and chips, while my partner enjoyed the mussels. For dessert, my partner chose the dark chocolate fondant, and I opted for the Cambridge burnt cream. The food was truly delectable, and the service provided by Patrick, Lex, Tiger, and Archie was professional and exceptional. We highly recommend The King's Head in Wye; it's a hidden gem in the Kent landscape. We extend our gratitude to the owners, Chris and Debs, for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely amazing stay! Rooms spacious and impeccably clean! All toiletries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate facilities in the room. And a very warm welcome from the hosts. Varied menu for breakfast which was , by the way, included. An inspired choice to get away from busy London! A big Thank you to everyone @Kings Head.
