But Man! That sinigang sauce was genious! To take something that's meant to have a lot of sour flavours so well balanced and made into a sauce for a fried chicken burger. And who knew that fried chicken and sinigang flavours would mix?! And don't get me started on that Fili cheese burger. Longanisa+beef patty is BRILLIANT. 10/10 would recommend!
My wife and I had the Puurp Chicken 'burger ' when Kuya was up in Matakana over New Years. It was amazing. She reckons the best fried chicken she 's had since leaving the Caribbean. The sauces were great and the crispy fried chicken went so well with crunchy red cabbage and the super soft purple bun! We actually went back and ordered one more each to takeaway! Highly recommend.
Food is awesome! We had the Purrrp fried chicken twice when Kuya was at Silo Park. The kids loved it as well
Wow. Regardless of your food, your attitude to other road users is about the worst I have ever seen. Last night (one of the busiest days for traffic of the entire year), you decided to drive south into Auckland on SH1 doing no more than 65kmh. You had a tailback of several hundred cars stuck behind you, and not once did you choose to pull over to let anyone past. Twice I saw exasperated drivers take ridiculous risks in a desperate attempt to get past you. And still you wandered along at a pace more usually associated with arthritic snails. Here’s a hint if you can’t do at least 80kmh on a clear open road, DO NOT drive on it at busy times.
Ordered the tacos, the pork was really tender with awesome flavours also great value for
