Carlo's Pizzeria - Wyoming

I ordered a $30 pizza that was supposed to be 14 inches. When the pizza arrived, it was cold and the cheese was hardened. When my husband called to complain, he was met with hostility and attitude. The person he spoke with did not listen and asked the same questions that had already been answered. My husband was told that they would not replace the pizza because I had already eaten a slice. After insisting, we were promised a new pizza but were told not to eat any more slices. I was not satisfied with this experience and asked to speak with the manager. The owner did not see any issue with how the complaint was handled. This was not the first time our order had been wrong, as a few weeks prior we received a cold pizza due to the driver getting lost. We will not be giving this restaurant another chance.

This pizza is amazing! I have been coming here for over 10 years. The economy is tough and COVID-19 is impacting small businesses like this one. They put in a lot of effort to make delicious food - especially their pizza!

The owners are amazing, the pizza is delicious, and we returned multiple times. We also tried the subs and stromboli, all of which were excellent. The large stromboli could easily feed three people!

Havent could only afford the best pizza of all time! but it's the best pizza I've ever had! can wait to have another piece of this authentic pizza! you can't go wrong! from the tenderest sauce to the crustiest crust! all cooked to perfection! beautiful!

Over a $70 order and all the subs looked like this. Then they told us 45 minutes and it takes almost two hours and we gave you a $5 dollar tip so after taxes and all over $80. This is not acceptable at all.
