Arby's - Wyomissing

We usually order about $30 worth of food from this Arby's but I decided to cut the order in half today cause of the drive thru workers tone. If you want someone to spend more money and continue to return to the establishment don't ask if they are done every 2 seconds with an attitude especially if you know people are mowing your property and the drive thru speaker is barely audible. Food was still good though so it balances out to 3 stars lol

Ordered at drive thru two beef and cheddar meals and other stuff. Got home 30 minutes away and no sandwich’s. Called manager he has taken of future meal. Really does no good now. I can’t rate food at this time because I didn’t get any. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Sweet Potato Fries, Mozzerella Sticks, Curly Fries

I have no clue how this arbys is rated so high, their roast beef is so thick, their curly fry was less seasoned and old and their chicken sandwich was almost edible. Some reason they're giving out the kids cups for their small drinks now for 2.39.. their floors are really sticky and gross..i think im gonna just stick to the arbys at 5th street. We just finished a 12 hour shift cleaning up an unattended death. Denasia waited on us in the drive thru and from the time she took our order till we paid, she was extremely pleasant, polite and professional.
