Pizza Hut - Yakima

The restaurant staff have been observed dropping cooking utensils on the unclean floor, which then come into contact with customers' food. Instead of properly cleaning or replacing the utensils, they choose to continue using them in order to save time. This disregard for hygiene shows that they prioritize saving a few minutes for the dishwasher to run over the health and safety of their customers.

I had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut recently. The customer service was terrible – the staff was rude, and on top of that, my pizza never showed up. I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I hope Pizza Hut resolves these issues for the sake of their other customers.

Eating the pizza at the restaurant enhances its flavor compared to getting it delivered in 15 minutes.

I ordered a dinner box for delivery they took my order to wrong address. Then ended up having to go pick my order up workers where both rude when I called about order and didn't get everything I ordered in my dinner box.

The one star is only because the pizza was good, the cinnabon mini's were undercooked. I paid almost $28.00 for a delivery from about 9 blocks away, they could have told me they were extremely busy and or short staffed I would have ordered from somewhere else. I like Pizza Hut always have , they are a bit spendy but the food for the most part is always good. I was just disappointed with my lunch and of course it arrived cold!
