Warehouse West Grill - Yakima

Half of our order was delivered and the other half was missing, but when it finally came, it was incorrect. We waited a long time for utensils. As we were leaving, the table next to us got up and left after not being acknowledged for 15 minutes. It appeared that only one server was working on a Saturday.

Typically, I receive great service at this restaurant. However, today my experience was spoiled by a server named Cyndi. She had a poor attitude and seemed to act like everything was too much trouble. Other customers also appeared unhappy with her service. I felt as though I was an inconvenience, so I decided to cut my visit short. In the past, the other servers I have encountered have been amazing, always checking if I needed anything with a smile on their face. Unfortunately, that was not the case today with Cyndi.

The first time we dined at this restaurant, the service and food were excellent. However, on our most recent visit, it took 10 minutes to be greeted, another 10 minutes to receive menus and drinks, and 15 minutes to place our orders. The food was brought out promptly, but the service was lacking. We had to ask a different waitress for a to-go box. Despite the poor service, the food was still good.

Don't waste your money! The service was good. However, the food being served was so disgusting. Imagine the worst bar food you can and this was even worse than that. Everything seemed as if it was previously frozen but not warmed all the way through. Ididn't have any drinks but maybe I should have so the food would have been better.

I've been here 3 times. The first 2 times it took the server at least 10 minutes to acknowledge our table's existence. The 3rd time, after 5 minutes of waiting, we got up and left, assuming waiting was a normal service expectation. Food is mid level barmenu, service is atrocious.
