Starbucks - Yanbu

To put it simpley how can an americano coffee taste just like hot water. The coffee is not good at all in a place that is famous for selling coffee.

The barista who was responsible to make my frappuccino was unprofessional. She put the soy milk in the “dairy” blender jar. I told the nearest barista about her mistake and asked her to make a new one. So she poured the same mix from the “dairy” jar to the “soy” jar. I told her mate again, so she poured the mixture and washed the jars herself, and asked her to remake a new one. She put the ingredients without measure (lots of ice and a little soy milk) until the mixture became too thick, and as she poured it from the jar into the cup it spilled on her hand outside the cup and she moved it from her hand into the cup using her hand!!! After I loudly protested about the uncleanliness of his mate, another barista “Saleh” made the coffee again without any apology from the staff about what happened! How did this woman become a barista in Starbucks when she does not understand how to prepare coffee and is ignorant of the simplest standards of hygiene?! I do not know! This branch is the worst Starbucks branch I have ever visited!

Good coffee as always, but if you order by hunger-station they will give ice coffee instead of hot coffee
