Extremely rude employees. Got screamed at, accused of not paying in front of the people despite having a receipt,coerced into paying twice and received some sort of half baked on site interrogation ?? . Then when the truth came out, received no apology, explanations or any other kind of acknowledgement. Time out ruined entirely

Good service, but not really wanna go there again. Still it was fun, singing like there isn't tomorrow.

The place is decent but the collection of song is not so much

The place didn't age well. Disclaimer: I only enterd one room. The room I was using has the volume button not working. So you have to adjust both mic and music volume manually through the box at the top of the roon. Mic doesnt work very well. The trim is too much and you need your lip to kind of touch the mic to be heard, which is not very cool during the pandemic. The sound also is not very clear while the speaker which were only put at the top of the room doesn't distribute the sound evenly. They don't have that many song collection outside of indonesian and english. The touch panel is not responsive and is hard to use. Not even the search song function works. Positive: room temp is set just right.

Over all, a good choice to go karaoke. I just wish they update the song lists regularly. I can't find most of my favourite group's songs and that is disheartening. P.S. It's Dreamcatcher's songs btw. Please consider to update it. Thanks.
