Bartender made good drinks, but was not good at running the food. she had to remember the right times about glass water, spicy and diving sauce.
Really nice place, outside the sitting area is very good especially on sunny day. the only negative side is food. eating seems to be cooked after freezing. steaks quality is badly compared to what they calculate. rib was in order, had a suppe for children was poor, watery and little sweet. but the accommodation was nice of beautiful girls that served us outside. I don't order alcoholic beer from the menu, but was not available.
This situation is very unprofessional and unorganized. this is the second time that I went to this place and nothing has ever done right. expectations to a top, but the service is not properly fulfilled. the server stopped me and came back to tell me that they saw the cameras and saw that eating was in the bag. that was a total lie! how can they even check what was in the exact plates? I do not recommend this place to pick orders or eat. cross county is their best bet.
Visiting New York with my family from Texas and Louisiana staying at a nearby hotel and decided to walk over for dinner. The customer service was awful. The server was not attentive, it took a long time to get our drinks for a table of 4, our shrimp was way over cooked, and we had to call the hostess to secure our checks so we could pay and get out of there. Thankfully, we will never return. The hospitality was awful here! On a positive, the Bourbon steak was delicious.
