We can’t give this place anymore chances. The food itself is usually decent, but the service is terribly slow. We expect when we sit at the bar that we won’t get a beer for at least 10 minutes, even though the bar is usually only half full. Half of their beers are also usually out of stock. At our latest visit, our beer was warm, food was room temperature, and our check had a 20% gratuity added for a five-guest party (which is not shown on the menu) and no mention was made by our server, and again, the service was very lackluster. We’ve tried so many times to give this place a shot and wanted to like it so bad, but we won’t be back after our latest visit.

I was very excited to try this restaurant, however, as soon as we walked in, no one greeted us and no one seated us. It was only until we made eye contact with the “host” and he finally told us to sit anywhere. Now let’s get to the waiter. The waited had zero energy. He was basically dead and had no humor. And when we tried to order any drink on the menu they said he said they were out and so we had to settle with a basic tasting seltzer. Not to mention the food was so bland, it tasted like the napkin on the table. We ordered a burger and chicken sandwich. The fries were thick and soggy and the sandwiches were not seasoned. The waiter only came over maybe once with his bad energy, and so we proceeded to comment on bad the food was. I had high hopes for such a well-known place. The only good thing I can mention was the live band. I will never eat at such a disrespectfully mediocre place again. I hope they work on their staff and menu for future customers. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

This is definitely a sports bar with a nice variety of beer on tap. I went for brunch with a friend. It wasn't exactly bland but the food was just so-so. They have great drinks!
