Contribuisci feedbackI think red lobster needs to think new how to cook. there is too much salt on all food items on my order. my fish was salty as well as brokkoli and appetizer. Maybe we need to remind people that seniors in the regular need to have a lower salt absorption and that instead of adding salt to food during cooking, the chefs just need to let it the customers to add the salt at the table. While it is great that the food card shows calories, I must think that they show how much sodium content is in every article.
The waitress didn't check with us. she brought us a sweet tea refill when we originally had an unsweet tea. we asked for separate controls....that didn't happen! were small in comparison to other red lobsters! lachs looked out and tasted as if it had gone back from yesterday. very dry and overcooked! manager has no idea how to manage a restaurant! she had an appointment!
We sat fast. the social distancing had not happened, but that is probably not a problem. eating was good and warm and served in a reasonable time. the server helped me with the red lobster reward. a good place to eat.
The people working there and MANAGEMENT have no clue what Open Table is OR how to use it! We basically had to tell them what it was and how to work it! This was not the first time this has happened! They have no clue!!!! Waitress also had an attitude!!!!
It’s been a while since we’ve been to Red Lobster. At this location they are “social distancing” tables (don’t mind the should to shoulder crowd in the lobby) and trending “strawless” (gotta watch the carbon footprint). Restaurant wasn’t anywhere near full in seated patrons but it took nearly an hour to get our food. We didn’t see our waiter much at all. Thankfully he did ask if I thought I might want a water refill about 3/4 through my meal (it had been empty since before the meal arrived). Food was very obviously sitting under the heat lamp for at least some time as the plates were incredibly hot. Food looked and tasted to have been done for a while. Taste was all just okay. Certainly not fresh seafood. Just tasted like it was warmed up out of the freezer.
