Contribuisci feedbackI quickly shared a foot-long sandwich with my partner before she went to work. The quality and service at Subway were as expected. The only downside was that they didn't have the new Parmesan and garlic Miss Vickie chips that were advertised at the cashier, which was disappointing. I will return, but not before trying some of the other restaurants in the same plaza.
Subway's slogan is "eat fresh," but that's often not the case. I have frequently received stale bread from them. The bread is the main reason I go to Subway, but experiences like this have made me stop going. I can't risk getting fresh food only 25% of the time. It's disappointing to be served old bread that is not even fit for birds, or is so hard it floats on top of the sandwich like crumbs.
Recently, I went to this Subway location to grab some dinner for my family. Only one employee was helping a customer while two of us were waiting in line. The first customer was taking a long time to place their order, so I politely asked the owner to assist us. However, he refused, saying it wasn't his job. I felt sorry for the hardworking staff and the managers who were unable to help. The owner seemed to not care about his customers as he ignored us and prioritized other tasks. If you're looking for a clean restaurant with great service, I would recommend avoiding this particular Subway location. Markham has plenty of other Subway locations that offer tasty food and excellent service.
Great food from a clean location at a decent price!__Tried the sub of the day on Wednesday which was the sweet onion chicken teriyaki.
