Wendy's - Ypsilanti

I love that this Wendy's is never crowded. It's busy but not crazy like that other one by the theater. The food is fresh and the fries are crispy!

Very nice staff to other delivery drivers and very fast drive-thru on some days it depends on the location you go to and the time you go. I think all restaurant workers for everything without you I wouldn't have a job you guys keep up the great work in the fast food and restaurants industry.

Terrible food and service! I tried to take the food back to make it new and after the manager took a moment to scream his crew over the order, he turned around and rudely explained that he would not examine the food because I can have something. after a long unnecessary argument, he finally gave me a refund. order them on their own risk. I will contact the bbb to submit a formal complaint to this facility.

Very fast. they forgot the hot sauce for my chili, even after I had confirmed verbally that they had it in the bag.

These people hate life. they do not seem eager to take their order. they halve it, and they're gonna **** their orders. they seem disturbed when they place their order. they do not work for free so they could actually make a good job.
