They were good too. The location is very nice, on the border of the lake. The service is extremely gentle and they all speak English. I could not give more stars because I didn 't try, extensively, their menu. Just a detail, you can pay with card only above 10 chf.
Family-run place which we prefer. We went for dinner there as we fancied tandoor-cooked naan bread. And that was the only disappointment of the night. Everything else was tasty but customised to European pallets as they admit. But what 's the point of having Indian cuisine if it 's not authentic I wonder.. Anyway, our waiter did everything to make sure we had a pleasant time. We ordered chai twice as it was homemade but I could tell it was made from a powder mix you get from Indian shops. Rose lassi was too watered down to our liking. The personal touch I appreciated from the kitchen was the bowl of Indian pickles that accompanied out thaalis. See pictures for more info. Pricy but what isn 't in Switzerland.
Pizza acceptable. Poor cleanliness. On the lake side there are noséabundant smells. We wanted to eat by the lake, in the end we went to a wooden table and bench behind the restaurant.
Delicious authentic Indian cuisine, without fuss. Feels like you're back home :
So glad this has reopened! Great food, tender tender meat. Big selection of Naans and the raita is perfect. Staff very friendly.
