Chili's Grill - Zachary

I've been to alot of chili's before and this one is just horrible. When you go in it's at least 30 minutes before you're even greated. Even though every single person in the restraunt will walk past you. One of the bartenders is an absolute drama queen and make the whole place feel super tense. I love Chili's, their food is good and the atmosphere is usually just pretty chill but I have never seen this place busy and I can absolutely see why.

Horrible. i just called up there to see if they could walk my food over 10ft to my store (Rue21) which i do all the time because i am usually the only person in the store when i order, lady answers claiming to be the “general manager” her name was on the window and all that like ma'am.....then goes on to say that at 11:37, on a busy veterans day, she's the ONLY person in the whole restaurant. that's sad and horrible. continued to have the worst attitude possible, the food is usually inconsiste … – show

Short of staff, very slow service, 2 staff was addressed before anyone took our order, waited over 25 mins to place my order, no one was the order to go desk, went through 3 people before a staff took our order, I can not remember her name, but she was there between 2p-2:25, she came right up waited on us, fast, friendly waited on 3 other customers who was waiting. The food was delicious I will continue to patronize ur restaurant. Thk u!!!

Absolutely the worst Restaurant I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a Denny’s. Here for 45 minutes and never got our drinks, it was a battle to get the appetizers, wait staff was rude and blamed the customer for their own shortcomings. 0/10 would not chili’s again.

I was made to wait 30min to be told at 8:50pm that iam sorry but the kitchen is closing at 9 pm what a bad bad service
