Walk-on's Sports Bistreaux Zachary

We sat for 15 minutes waiting on someone to greet our table. When the table that was seated after us got greeted, I asked for the manager. The manager never came to the table. We love walk on’s in our hometown, but this was by far the worst service we’ve ever had. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Walk ons Zachary: Two first responders looking for a good hot meal. We were very disappointed in the food we received. The bread was burned, the meat which was ordered medium was cooked so well done and dry. I had to spit it out There were no jalapeños nor pepper Jack on the jalapeño burger. The Boudin balls were raw. The devils on horseback had raw bacon and they forgot the drinks. I can honestly say I was so disappointed. When I called to report this, I was told that they were sorry and that’s it. No offer to fix the problem. I won’t be going back and I will tell everyone that I know to beware.

Food was subpar. An employee named Dominique harassed and made several colorist comments. Don’t waste your time at this location. Kid-friendliness: Not a place I would bring children. Staff is nasty, rude, know to ridicule children. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
