Bob Evans - Zanesville

Manager Chris McHenry is to be commended for great customer service. He should teach classes. So impressed with how he handled a situation with a small carry out item.

First time we have been going to Bob Evans for Thanksgiving that the food was disappointing. You use to get slices of turkey, but today it was like chipped chop lunch meat and not enough to even taste. Their dressing use to be really good and I like mine with a lot of seasoning, but I think someone must have put the whole can of sage/poultry seasoning in it. Please don't go by the pictures on their website, they are really misleading.

Food was good. However service was sub par. Almost felt like I was being rushed to get out of there and the server seemed to not want to even be working there.

The food here is delicious and I love eating here. The wait her is decently short given how busy it usually is. Employees are always so kind and helpful. Plenty of options for people with allergies and employees are always willing to make substitutions and changes to make sure you’re always happy. Overall, great experience, would visit again.
