Drive through very slow don?t come if trying to get quick food, waited 30 mins with only 5 cars in the line. this happens all the time. tried to go inside to see if quicker, it?s not one person in front and took 15 mins.

Service was slow despite very few customers. Christmas music blaring way too loud and far too early. Very annoying.

There ice cream is always melted when the give it to me. For example I got a Oreo blizzard and I poured a quarter of it out because it was liquid. I never have a problem anywhere else just at this one. The employees are rude half the time like theydon?t care. Won?t be going back instead I will drive across town to Dave?s twisty treats

At the drive through I ordered a single cheeseburger, fries and chocolate shake. I got what I ordered. Took it home, less than 3 miles. Started eating and boy was I disappointed in the food. The shake was fine. The burger was over cooked with the bun notfresh. Really tasteless. The fries were cold. I mean very cold. I threw out some of the burger and fries. I won?t be gettingtakeout food again. I?ve eaten inside for the same items and they were fine. I may not be back for food but definitely forblizzards.

The food was amazing the customer service was outstanding I don't think I really have ever had a problem with dairy Queen every time I visit you notice that the team is working together and that's what makes the experience so much better
