The ingredients and the chef's skills are excellent, the staff is friendly, and you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind. Dinner is reasonably priced, but during lunch you can enjoy a course of antipasto, primo, secondo, and dolce for 2600 yen, which is not only a great deal but also not lacking in quality. The toilet walls are decorated with wine crate boards, which is a nice touch.
This is the best Italian restaurant in Eastern Hokkaido. The dishes wrapped in organ meats are almost like French cuisine, and even more delicious than French food. In addition to seasonal dishes, there are always reliable menu options that don't change. Personally, I highly recommend the aqua pazza, white liver paste, and crab pasta. The white liver paste, which has no strong flavor, goes well with wine. The crab pasta has a rich sauce and is also delicious. The pate and carpaccio are also delicious.
Delicious and definitely worth a visit again if in the area.

自家製パンがめちゃうまでした。メニューにないので、パンだけ特別にお願いして テイクアウトで焼いていただく事にしました。月曜日定休日と知らず 月曜日の、受け取りでお願いしたにも関わらず即答で受けて頂きました。休みにも関わらず快く受けて頂き感謝です。 もちろんパスタもコーヒーも激旨です。 マスターの愛想とフロアの女性.....奥様かな? も対応良くお洒落な店内でくつろげますよ。是非とも足を運んでみてはいかがでしょうか。
