はしもと Wū - 川西町

I love the ramen shops in Kawanishi Town, they all have delicious thin noodles. Hashimotoya is my favorite, they serve old-fashioned soy sauce ramen with a delicious soup. There seems to be a slight change in flavor since the son took over.

"For 850 yen, you get kake soba and geso tempura! The piping hot soba broth has a very good flavor, and it pairs perfectly with the crispy geso tempura."

I stopped by on my way to work and sat at a table, waiting for someone to come take my order. When nobody came, I decided to get some water myself and order at the same time. I visited for the first time in December of 2021. It was delicious. Personally, I think both the katsudon and ramen are delicious as well. It's not too salty or anything like that, but I think it varies from person to person. I visited again in March of 2022, and the tori seiro was delicious.
