Gōng De ラーメン Róng Xuān

The menu is incredibly simple, with options for regular ramen, large ramen, and just rice. The broth is pork bone style, and the noodles are thin and delicious. Half a boiled egg is included as a service. The kitchen is run by the wife, while the husband handles serving, adding a surprising touch. Although the opening hours are until 11:00 pm, the restaurant tends to get crowded.

Whenever I return home to Miyazaki, I always make sure to visit this restaurant. The food is really delicious.
