Zhú の Zi - 土佐清水市

I first visited this restaurant in May 2018, during a trip to Kochi with my then boyfriend from Kagawa. He found this place and we casually walked in. The owner, his wife, and the regular customers were all very warm and fun, and I remember having a great time drinking. I had multiple glasses of tomato sour. They invited us to come back for the festival in August, so in the same year, after attending the Ashizuri Festival, we came back to this restaurant. Once again, everyone at the restaurant was so welcoming and fun that I didn't want to leave. In August of 2019, after a year, we attended the Ashizuri Festival again and visited the restaurant once more. It was during this visit that I brought Kagawa udon as a souvenir. I took a photo with the owner, his wife, and all the regulars. I wonder if they remember us? My boyfriend and I used to talk about coming every August for the festival and visiting everyone at the restaurant. Unfortunately, due to Covid, we couldn't go in August 2020 or 2021. During those two years, my boyfriend and I got married and had a child. Once Covid settles down, we want to come back with our family of three. This restaurant is delicious, warm, and fun; it is a very lovely place for us. We look forward to the day when we can enjoy delicious food and drinks again, and see all the fun people here.

The Zunda fried rice was mild and delicious with a half-cooked egg on top. We also ordered grilled medaka fish and had a great time indulging in the medaka dishes. We couldn't drink alcohol because we were driving, but we were able to enjoy a reasonably priced dinner with oolong tea. The restaurant was bustling with locals, but the hostess kindly guided us to our table, even though we were just a party of one.

気さくなご夫婦がやっている、地元の居酒屋でも遅くまでやっているお店です。 メニューはご飯類、麺類、焼き物、揚げ物と豊富です。 ご飯類は焼き飯、オムライス、カレーチャーハン、お茶漬けなど。 ※写真はそうだ節をつかったチャーハン　カレーチャーハンはけっこう辛めなので、お子さんには向かないかな？ 麺類はラーメン 醤油、カレー、トマト 、スパゲッティ ミートソース、イカスミなど 。醤油ラーメンは〆に人気、カレーラーメンはスパイシーで、けっこう辛いです。イカスミスパゲッティは烏賊が入ってるときだけ。 焼き物は魚の干物、牛串 塩、タレ 、卵焼きなど 揚げ物は唐揚げ、軟骨あげ、揚げ出し豆腐 とろろ芋が乗ってる など。 他にも有頭海老のエビマヨ ホイルで包み焼きにされてる やベビーほたてのホイル焼きや、枝豆などのおつまみもあります。 飲み物もソフトドリンク 烏龍茶、瓶コーラ、瓶オレンジジュース、カルピスなど 、アルコール 生ビール、各種サワー、ハイボール、手作り梅酒など 、ノンアルコールビールもあります ※メニューに値段が記載されていません。 座敷が３つ １つの部屋を３つに仕切られたもの 、奥にもう１つ、カウンター席も６席ほどあります。 ※３つに仕切られた座敷は人数によって、仕切りを外して広くしてくれます。
