I always go for the meat soba! In the summer, I recommend the zaru soba! It would be great if they could bring back the size of the green onions from the past as a topping.
Located in the center of a residential area, this soba restaurant might offer a different experience than what you expect. The noodles are made with a mixture of Chinese noodles and soba flour, giving them a smooth texture that is easy to eat, but lacking in the traditional aroma of soba. The soba broth also lacks the fragrance of soba. The mini kisu tempura bowl had a disappointing taste and texture, with a tough coating and overly sweet sauce. Overall, I give this restaurant 4 stars in support of the recovery efforts.
I was able to enter this soba restaurant located in the middle of a residential area in a calm and clean atmosphere. The soba noodles had a smooth texture and were very delicious. It was convenient to have not only a parking lot in front of the restaurant but also a second parking lot. I definitely want to come back to this restaurant again.
