I don't think the customer service is bad. Maybe I just happened to encounter nice people. Customers are customers, so I'm not sure how they spoke to me, but it feels like they just asked if my order was finished after ordering one item. It's all about how you say it. I have had to wait a long time before, and I've seen people behind me getting their orders taken one after another. Honestly, it has happened to me a few times too, but if you speak up, it can be resolved. We're all human, so we all sometimes forget things. Some people might think that because they are in the business, they should be more attentive, but they are still just people. I think it can't be helped. If someone has never made a mistake in their life, they can probably say things like that.
