Contribuisci feedbackI discovered this place for the first time this year. I used to only have a tough image of dashi kombu, but when I took it out of the bag, it felt like touching velvet. I instantly thought, "This is going to be delicious!" even though I hadn't tasted it yet. It's a shame I can't buy it, but next time I get my hands on it, I will definitely use it for winter oden.
