B’chill Day&night

Great value, beautiful view. Came for dinner on a very chill Thursday evening. The service staff were very friendly and lovely.

Today I came to have a meal as usual. I have been here many times before, but today I was not very happy with the service. I ordered food at 1pm and waited. The staff came to inform us that there was a slight delay and it might take a little longer for our food to arrive. However, we waited until 4pm and still did not receive our food. The table next to us got their food first and finished before us. The service was not good and not very impressive. We come here all the time and have never had any issues. We had to ask the staff to check on our order as we had been waiting for a long time, about 3 hours. We did not enjoy the experience and were very disappointed. The service was really bad today, on 15/2/62.

I love the authenticity of the food and the dual atmosphere of this restaurant- chill during the day and fun at night.
