I thought it will be linked to your account for the next purchase. I got nothing!!! When I spoke to them again, I was told it’s on the system as issued for there’s nothing to be done. They can’t reissued me another one.

One of the absolute worst food delivery services there is. Customer service is non existent and the service fees charged are far more than the delivery fee with other services.
Customer service is so bad. Login Jumia App with GH mobile number and password. Orders cannot be placed because the mobile number is allegedly not stored! And why can I register with my mobile number? Customer service is overwhelmed and asks in writing via chat if I want to place an order. My problem itself is not addressed.
I placed an order 6 days ago, it never got delivered and they claimed they had cancelled the order and I will receive a refund shorty. It's been 6 days and all jumia does is toss me around and have their customer reps tell me nonsense. Just look at this. It's better you call the restaurants directly to order than use jumia to be honest
