My daughter recently purchased gas at mvc at the ruckersville location. She gets all her gas there because i work there. she went there when i wasn't working. Lisa Anderson who is also a member of your team. Argued my daughter down about a prepay sign on the pumps. Elizabeth paid for her gas, pumped her gas, and Lisa made it a point to come running out to the pumps ,leaving the front unattended to try and make an idiot of my daughter, to point the sign out. Now the handbook that i go by says ,don't get defensive and try to explain. do everything you can to let the customer know you care and this isn't the kind of experience you want them to have. I confronted Lisa in front of the management Billy Baker. Her only reply was ,Nobody gets smart with me, Mr Baker seems fit to let this go. I have always respected the customers. I have always went by the book. There for mvc has lost a dedicated employee. If the guidelines are being altered to suit whoever ? there is no place for me at mvc. I do apologize for having to take my complaint to the corp. But i feel someone should be aware of what type of treatment is being looked over at mountain valley corp. in ruckersville.
