Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Albertville

I can't tell you the food is good or not because they open at 7:00 but they open at 9:00 and they've got signs everywhere it says seven but you can't order anything till 9:00 how's that makes you sense.wasted time and gas I owed money at this point.

I spilled my smoothie all over my pants immediately after sitting down and when i went to the bathroom to wipe it off myself the workers did nothing but laugh at my girlfriend as she cleaned it up. Food was also worse than normal, and the bathroom was out of paper towels.

I love this place! The food is as good as the smoothies! I highly recommend it

Great smoothies with fresh made to order salads and wraps

They swapped the protein powder in my drink without consent. Pea powder was used instead and is an allerge! I was informed that the Manger on duty told them to do without informing the customer. Luckily I do not have pea or peanut allergy, but have family that does. This is negligible behavior, and could have put someone in the hospital. I used to love going there, but no longer feel safe.
