Kfc - Alexander City

Everyone who had the chicken became ill with abdominal cramps,Diarra! Had to throw rest of chicken out.

I visited KFC to get lunch. It wasn’t too busy, the staff was 5-7 individuals. I was told that they could only take one order through drive thru. I had to go inside. No dark meat was done, and I had to wait during my lunch break on them to cook more food. They didn’t seem like time was a factor as everyone was moving at snail pace. I’m not complaining about the service, but I feel that they could tighten up on a few things.

This is a disaster of a store. Tried drive-through last night for dinner but it was closed, so I had to go in. Fine. First clue, lots of customers standing around waiting for food. Tried to order but they would not honor the prices listed on the KFC website FOR THAT LOCATION. Fine, paid more to order from their menu. Waited for 20 minutes while they cooked chicken because they were not prepared for people wanting to order dinner at 5pm. Fine. Got my stuff. Left. Drove home only to find that they had given me only 11 pieces of chicken instead of 12. Then also discovered they had given me wrong side. Mac cheese instead of corn. Good Lord. Suggest you avoid this store if possible.

Food not always hot but quick service for sure. Use the drive thru mostly but new parking lot is excellent upgrade.
