Eat Naked La - Altadena

I highly recommend EatNaked LA! Their meals are tasty, reasonably priced and their menu choices are flexible. In addition to this, they have THE best customer service! I recently had an issue with one of my orders due to the order cut off time, and not only did they respond promptly to my inquiry, the owner himself took time to call me to explain what occurred. And although it was my misunderstanding, he kindly offered to fix the issue with the order modification and provided the new meals! Amazing!

Food is horrific and overpriced. Lacks flavor and not fresh.

You are pretty much paying $20 for $2 worth of food which you can easily meal prep at home yourself. I like convenience just as much as everyone else, but the very little time saved does not outweigh the cost. Very gimmicky and their competitors are doing it at a much cheaper price.

The food is good, better than what I would cook for a meal prep. They are reasonably priced and professional. Meals were ready within the allotted window of time and if they were ever running behind for my pick up order I would get notified with a phone call. I recommend this company.

Literally so bland.I feel bamboozled lol I usually don 't leave bad reviews unless it 's bad customer service but I just feel like someone should know! I 've used tons of different meal prep companies and needed a new one since moving so I wanted to use a local one and look I 'll give credit where credit is due super quick and easy site and service person dropping off was communicative and polite, portions were great, all that, but this was one of the more pricier companies I 've used (170$ for 10 meals) and I just expected better tasting food. Just super under seasoned and bland. I 'm shocked by all the delicious reviews that made me want to buy from them cuz idk how we could be talking about the same food. I rely heavy on reviews for things like this and this is the first time I was really let down! I know everyone has a different palette but damn. I didn 't even finish half the meals cuz it was really not tasty. Guess it 's just me though? If taste is not ur objective and you 're just doing this for sustenance then I think this place will work for you. But jus wanted to put it out there to save someone else from spending so much cuz if ur looking for actually delicious healthy meals there 's so many other places.
