Le Romarin - Antibes

That was not my favorite restaurant bar. I was torn from hearing from the family that have just returned from antibes that le romarin is no longer. Does anyone know if chantelle is cheating somewhere in the opposite?

We are twice in this summer for family dinner here and have enjoyed it every time. it is now my favorite fish restaurant in antibes. the menu is always a good choice. I had once a fish soup of 3 fish with a delicate...creamy curry sauce it was as delicious as the parmentier de saumon, a classic joy here I had the other time. the owner who runs the restaurant is not a fountain of happiness and smiling, but in the course of the time becomes familiar to the customer. desserts are also wonderful, taste the cream brulee a l’ananas. try to get a table on the terrace. decoration is always a question of taste. to be honest: eating is 5 stars, ambiente 4. note that the owner who runs the service has a strong personality. we had a really good time and will be back. I give 5 stars as eating is simply super fresh, well prepared and excellent value for money. what else to ask at a place where so many restaurants are tourist traps.

Frankly this has never happened to me. I wanted to book a table for 8 for a family dinner. I explained my sister in law is a regular client. She refused booking as the table cannot be served at same time due to shortage of...staff. I told her that such delay in delivering plates not table wise would not be an issue. The owner still rejected the booking. Well it must be successful, if they do not need such a booking.... would have loved to discover this place, but I obviously have to go just with my wife... so bad luck...

This was our first visit, after friends who live nearby had recommended it highly. No wonder. The food is exceptional and the prices are extremely reasonable. Everyone in our group of four was totally happy with what they had ordered. The plates came out of...the kitchen looking lovely, and the ingredients were fresh and of excellent quality. It's a small space and there was only one server on a busy Sunday, but the orders were taken promptly and food arrived in a very reasonable time. Definitely worth a return visit.

Troisième visite dans ce petit restaurant familiale.Nous sommes reçus par Monsieur et Madame , elle, cuisine. Nous saluons la fraîcheur des produits et le soin apporté à chaque plat personnalisés par là chef. Nous sommes particulièrement fans de la soupe de poisson accompagnée de sa rouille maison (divine !), du fromage , des croûtons, et de la petite gousse d'ail frais. Le reste de la carte vaut aussi le détour ! À découvrir !!!!!
