Contribuisci feedbackGood is usually great this time not so much chicken was mainly bones very little meat on the bones, prices on dice thru menu did not match what came up on the register, brought it to the managers attention he just said it was someone else's responsibility and that several others had complained about the same thing. Even the biscuits were smaller than usual. Very disappointing this time.
Went there today at 12:30 with a large order and the doors were locked. Two other cars drove up while I was there. The lady even walked around the building to the other door and it was locked. We were all pissed. Why would you have the doors locked during the noon time rush? Kinda stupid. The guys I was picking up for didn't get to eat today. They said they will never go there or order from there again. And the other people who were there sure weren't impressed. Doubt if I'll go out of my way to go there again.
So, what was so wrong about this KFC? The people at this drive through were intentionally taking longer (affirmed through use of their own affirmative facial expressions (demonstrating contempt and intentional exhibition of spite when spite was not an expected nor anticipated value of the equation (on my part because I was a white person. White people discrimination.And, whenever I kept looking at them as if it was no big deal. As if what they were doing to me was optimistically unintentional. As if what they were doing to me was acceptable and not a big deal. As if the consequences that may/might occur (that they were intentionally imposing/wishing to impose upon me would effect me, wouldn't necessarily affect me so much.These people intentionally made sure I was aware that they were purposefully making the order take longer because I was a white person: willful discrimination based on categorical racism. When both the intent for their own malicious intention were repeatedly denied and gently dismissed/brushed off (in and for the respect of these restaurant workers (and their sake of work .So, whether what they were doing was ethical is up for debate. But, it certainly didn't feel like it big-picture wise.Perhaps from their perspective.But the interpersonal-discourse indicated passive-aggressiveness and hostility.For the sake of all these interconnected interpersonal communication relationships and intertwines, I have to say I was disgruntled after finishing my time here. Saddened, depressed, worried, concerned, afraid, and nervous.
Store closed at lunch. Kids going in and out. Sketchy business. Waited 20 minutes for my order. Never again
Chicken was awful. Went back through the drive thru and they argued it was fresh. And said it would be the same if they remade it. Told me they couldn't refund my money. And continued to argue that it was fresh. Asking around everyone said it's been horrible for a while. Don't waste ur money.
