Costco Wholesale - Aurora

Love Costco. Get all my paper products there as well as Prime Brisket and Steaks. Frozen wild caught salmon is a pretty good deal.

They charge us twice for items and also took out half our items and did god knows what with them so we're missing half our list, check out seems to be in utter chaos.

Got to Costco at 10:05am and it was very busy already. This particular Costco is ALWAYS busy. The lines move pretty fast, the customer service is good, and the shelves are almost always stocked if you go early enough. Overall it was a good shopping experience.

Yesterday I drove way across town when I realized I'd left my Costco card at home. I was in a bad mood already and now I didn't know what to do but tried to walk in anyway. I was stopped at the front and the man there (I wish I'd caught your name) was calm and helpful despite my ignorance and severe grumpiness. Then at the counter, a man named Mitchell printed out a day pass for me while making jokes and lifting my spirits and generally being wonderful. I've worked in customer service and just really appreciate my experience. Thanks for being so patient and nice to someone who was making your life more difficult. You were both fantastic.
