Domino's Pizza - Badlapur

We've taken Take Way and it was little bit oky i mean just a little bit fast I could say. Over all it's a good dinning place as well, hygienic and n clean. Although idk why bt my personal opinion is the servers there was pretty rude for no reasons, but it always happened with Domino's that the server's they choose are pretty rude to customers. Worst Delivery service ever domino's store in badlapur katrap charging 53 rs to deliver our order but after accepting our order they denied for delivery because of their boundary issue its just 11 min distance from the store very very rude staff delivery executive if they are not delivering the order they should not accept the order

Review of Domino 's Pizza: Unfortunately, my experience with Domino 's Pizza in badlapur has been disappointing lately. Since the onset of COVID-19, the quality seems to have taken a nosedive. The pizzas are no longer as good as they used to be, and it 's disheartening as a paying customer. Today, after tasting the pizza, I was compelled to throw it away due to the lack of sauce, insufficient cheese, and toppings clumped together in the middle. The crust had a large empty corner, leaving me dissatisfied. As a loyal customer, I implore Domino 's to improve the quality or consider reevaluating their practices. It 's disheartening to see a brand I once loved falter so much. Please prioritize your customers and the reputation. I expect a decent pizza for the price I pay, but it 's disheartening to find that the situation is no different here. I truly hope Domino 's takes urgent measures to address these issues across all their outlets in Badlapur, and strives to restore the once cherished taste and quality.

First of all their service is poor when it comes to Home delivery. I have ordered from Zomato and Cheesy Dip was missing so I immediately informed to zomato but they said it's Dominos call. Till today no one even responded for the same. Also when I received the food. All the boxes were open. The seal on boxes were open and also all the Pizza's were cold. Now, the third issue is after eating those me and my family started facing stomach ache problem for next two days. I suggest don't order from them.

Very bad service, order taker girl not taking order on time she was doing her stuff, i was standing there more than 5 min, and then she realized someone is waiting front of her and after that she took my order, i got my order after 25 min. Very disappointed with the service. Even pizza is not that much hot. Its like warm pizza.
