Kfc - Batavia

My 90-year-old mother and I visited this restaurant on a nice day while traveling from Buffalo, NY. Unfortunately, the cashier gave us the wrong order. With gas prices being so high, it was too much of a hassle to return to Batavia, NY, and even worse, the manager refused to correct my order. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, whether they're from Buffalo or elsewhere.

I ordered the chicken wing combo, but the wings were so tough that they were impossible to eat. I also ordered a lemonade, but I have no idea what the drink actually was—it was definitely not lemonade. It didn’t take long for that to go straight down the drain. The only things I could eat were the coleslaw and the biscuit. I won’t be coming back again!

KFC can be quite inconsistent. In the city locations, the chicken tends to be greasy, while the more rural branches, like the one near me in Batavia, NY, generally offer fresher, less greasy food. When it's good, it's really good, but on the flip side, when it's not, the food can be excessively greasy.

I went in today with my father for some dinner around 5:30. They were pretty behind, which happens so we weren?t upset at all. They handled it all very well and were simply trying their best. There was a meat head customer who was swearing up and down anddid make my dinner quite unpleasant. He storms out calling the place ?r*tarded? and a lot of f bombs. He then comes back in andretrieves his kids and partner from the bathroom. Where they for sure could hear all of his nonsense. Stuff happens and I feelthat they handled the rush and the obnoxious man quite well. I?m writing this review mainly for the impatient people. Minimumwage workers don?t get paid enough to deal with screaming and yelling idiots who are only making it worse. You guys did a greatjob today.

Nice friendly courteous staff moderate prices plenty of parking. Nice place for a quick bite long john silvers and KFC are paired together so variety food choices
