Little Caesars Pizza - Baytown

Both locations are currently closed due to the water ban in Houston, which was a waste of my money since neither restaurant has been listed as closed. There was just a single sign on the door, and because of that, I won't be returning to either place again.

I arrived to find that they had no pizza ready and was told that it would take 30 minutes for just one pizza. I've been here three times already, and each time they haven't had any prepared. It's really frustrating!

I sent my 16-year-old daughter to pick up the pizza. When she returned and I checked the order, I was completely disappointed. I usually enjoy Little Caesars, but this time was different. I immediately took the pizza back and asked the young lady at the counter for a refund. I explained the situation and showed her what I received. She asked if I wanted to wait for someone else, but I kindly declined because I had already waited 15 minutes and was short on time as I had to get to work. (It was 5:05 PM, and my shift starts at 6:00 PM.) I admit it was my mistake for not checking sooner. In short, I was refunded, but I ended up keeping the pizza, which was barely edible. To make matters worse, the manager was the one who had packaged the pizzas. What frustrated me even more was that I never asked to speak to the manager, and she didn’t approach me voluntarily when the young lady went to discuss my issue. And don't get me started on how poorly the pizza was cut!

These are the worst little Zeasars I've ever had. They never wear gloves when making pizza?s, the manager of the place was on their phone and then shouted that it would come out for 40 minutes for pizza?s. If you weren't on your phone and actually working, it might not take so long. It's just dirty, I'll never buy from this disgusting place again. I also do not recommend it is unlived and they should wear at least gloves when preparing the pizza.

Zero stars if I could not using any one of beef? Poor customer service you can't put a sign on the door make everyone wait to say no. All they did was cheese pizza yuk I will make my own. , I definitely will not worry about coming back to this location ever!!! My boss went to little Caesars Friday night and we tasted like the pizza is had on off taste, before I got off work I felt weird but when I got home I was throwing up and nauseous and couldn't stop the feeling until I did.. then again all day I couldn't eat anything still felt sick eating dinner still sit right.
