Pizza Hut - Belen

The salads we received were lacking in quality. On a positive note, the pizza and wings were good, and the staff were friendly, but the overall experience was marred by unpleasant odors throughout the restaurant—a mix of gas and something else that was hard to identify. Additionally, there was a constant loud noise that made it difficult to enjoy our meal. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ll be returning. Pizza Hut in Belen used to be a great place to dine. What has happened?

A few weeks ago, my mother visited the Pizza Hut in Belen. We ordered spaghetti along with our pizza, but the spaghetti arrived at the table with our pizza. The waiter took the spaghetti back and mixed it up. Unfortunately, the garlic bread we expected with the spaghetti never arrived. The chef even had a disagreement with the waiter in front of other customers regarding the missing garlic toast. In the end, we received the spaghetti but no bread. There was no discount offered, just an option to wait an additional 20 minutes for a new garlic toast.
